Photon Torpedo was a member of the Corp. Ultimatmum. Which at the time was a proud member of The Bastion alliance, part of the CFC/Imperium.

Photon worked for the local county department of public health.

Photon Torpedo is Robert Adams, killed in the San Bernadino terrorist attack in December, 2015.
