A buyback in EVE is a group or person who will buy items you no longer need, or items you produce, for isk, giving you a way to give money.
To see all alliance buybacks, this text, when clicked on, will take you directly to the S-Mart area for buybacks.

Your Corporation may have one that could offer better prices. Yet, feel free to check these out as well. After all, the more the competition, the better the prices.
